Brandon McBride practices primarily in the areas of Wills and Estate Administration. He has more than 10 years of experience helping families design their Estate plans to ensure their wishes are met and the administration of their Estate is as seamless as possible.

Brandon provides a comprehensive range of services in relation to Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Estate Planning. 

Making the process easy for every client is Brandon’s goal. Whether you are contemplating a simple Will or require more complex planning (e.g., second marriages, cottages, beneficiaries with disabilities, business succession, minimizing estate tax, etc.), he ensures all your needs are met and proper planning is executed.

The following estate administration services are also provided by Brandon: preparing probate applications (Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee with or without a Will), advising executors of their duties and responsibilities, arranging for the transfer of estate assets, preparing releases to protect executors, interpretating wills, and providing general advice for other estate administration matters.

Brandon assists clients with their residential purchases and sales, financings, title transfers, and estate-related conveyances and transactions.
